Maximize throughput with simultaneous processing. The EHS Series features a massive array of 12 Vertical Top Spindles and 9 Vertical Bottom Spindles. This allows the machine to drill complex patterns on both faces at the same time, drastically reducing cycle times compared to single-head machines.

2. 6-Sided Processing in One Pass

Equipped with 8 Horizontal Side Spindles, the machine processes all four edges (dowels, cam locks, confimats) alongside the top and bottom faces. The panel enters raw and exits fully machined—no flipping, no secondary handling.
