It is common to have multiple collets in the same size, as different tools can share the same shaft diameter.

Description:
Vacuum pump is responsible for holding your parts down on the table. The better the pump, the higher cutting parameters can be.Rising load force from the cutter will be compensated by friction force from the vacuum. The bigger the table, the more of the vacuum will be lost due to amount of open area that vacuum will leak thru. Therefore we advice to upgrade the pump type or their amount where necessary. Especially where a big number of small elements will be cut, or material is porous (think MDF, OSB).

+ Smaller chance to damage job due to movement of the material while cutting.
+ More stable parts while cutting will have better finish quality.
+ Being able to cut smaller parts without bridges.
+ Being able to cut parts in one pass without worrying them to move.
